Uploading smilies into Cutenews
Okay. So you have smilies you want instead of the default ones that came with Cutenews.
Here's how to upload them.
Login to your FTP account and navigate through your folders in this order:
Cutenews Folder > Data > Emoticons
You'll see all your smilies in their file form;
delete them.
Now, take the smilies you downloaded, and drag and drop all the new ones you want into your
emoticons folder.
Next, log into your Cutenews account, and navigate through it in this order:
Options > System configurations
Look down the left bar until you see "Smilies." Go to that box, and change the names of the smiles
to the ones you downloaded.

(Example, if your "grin" emoticon is saved as "grin.gif", then type "grin" into that box.)
Simply type in the names of all your emoticons separting each one with with a "," (comma).
Done! Your smiles should now show up in your comment form in Cutenews.
