Nothing Ryhmes With Circus Tour 2006

Artist: Panic! At The Disco [Also Jack's Mannequin + Plain White T's]

Pros:
P!ATD--Of course their performance was extremely well-liked since they were the main band that everybody was waiting for. They all had unique costumes to match the circus theme of the concert, and appropriate dancers in the background. The music was AMAZING, and I have to say that I was jumping the entire time. What can I say; I love this band!

Jack's Mannequin--Okay, this was the first time I, or any of my friends, had really heard of this band, so I admit we weren't paying that much attention. But I did hear quite a few songs that I really loved which brought me to search them later on. And now, they're one of my favorite bands.

Plain White T's--These guys know how to get the audience screaming. With every song, they had the whole crowd singing along. And even though some of their songs are slower, it was still a rush.

Cons:
P!ATD--At first the dancers and 'actors' in the background seemed to be actually dancing. But as the show went on, it became more and more of a freak porn show. No offense to those people that liked that part, but I thought the male strippers and half-naked ladies in cages were probably too far.

Jack's Mannequin--There wasn't anything bad about this performance, other than the fact that I was too busy buying food and parousing t-shirts to really listen to the music.

Plain White T's--Honestly? Nothing bad at all. I completely adore this band!

Experiences: Unfortunately, I have no awesome experiences to report except that the concert was awesome! Well, there was this one thing before the concert when we got pizza delivered to us while standing in line halfway down the street. Haha.

Rating: On a scale of 1-10 (10=Best, 1=Worst), I would rate this concert as a 9! Not really anything to complain about except to over-provocative dancers on the multiple big-screens. If given the chance, I would MOST DEFINITELY go see them again, and you should too!

Final Thoughts: Anybody who likes P!ATD should without a doubt go see them live in concert. It's definitely worthwhile :]

Artist: Panic! at the Disco

Pros: Although the Nothing Rhymes with Circus Tour wasn't their first tour, it was an amazing show. They played their hit CD, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, along with a few cover songs, such as Eleanor Rigby, by the Beatles, and Maneater, by Nelly Furtado, and Killer Queen, by Queen. I really liked the whole Circus theme the tour had. There were amazing acts from the Lucent Dossier Vaudeville Cirque, who helped with the whole circus theme. I really enjoyed the whole concert, and I'd give anything to see it all again.

Cons: I really disliked the fact that it was a stadium tour, and that tickets had a big deal in this. Originally, our tickets were really high up, and we couldn't see a thing. Luckily, there were empty seats down lower, and we got ours changed. If you don..t have money, or were late getting tickets, your seats were worse, and you couldn..t enjoy the concert as much.

Experiences: Nothing amazing happened at this concert. The only really good thing that happened to us, was when we got our seats changed. My friends also got their seats changed to floor seats. My one friend also almost caught one of Spencer's drum sticks. I really wish she had.

Rating: Honestly, this concert wasn't as good as their summer tour, but I still really enjoyed it. On a scale of 1-10, I give this concert a rating of 8. It was my second time seeing them in concert, and I would definitely go back and see them again.

Final Thoughts: Everyone seems to think that Panic! is overrated, but heir songs are amazing. Remember, it's the music that really counts.

Experiences: First of all, let me just say that the set was incredible. In the back, they has a big wall with a painting of a circus audience and, above the stage, there was the top of a circus tent. They did a good job sticking with a theme. During each song, they also did a good job entertaining us with not only the music, but also with all the stuff going on on stage. The stage performers were highly amusing and fit the set quite well. I got a great experience at the concert considering I was one row away from the stage, right in the middle. Overall, the concert was put together very well. It was completely worth it because you were, in a way, watching two shows at once.

Rating: 10. I would pay to see them again, hands down. Their shows are always full of energy and it's always more than just watching then perform their music. Plus, they're probably the only band which I like them better live then recorded (on their CD).

Final Thoughts: If you like Panic!, I recommend you go to their next show. Their shows are completely worth it, despite the fact that tickets usually end up between $30 - $40.
