I love how Feist has some sort of abstract personality somehow with her vocals. This solo-pop artist was born is Leslie Feist, Calgary in the mid-70's. Her music interests began in high school when she started a band named "Placebo". Her high school band one a Battle-of-the-Bands contest and in the next five years Feist made it to fame. While touring in Canada, she strained her voice and was told she wasn't able to sing again unfortunately. To settle this, she had to go to medical surgery for her love in singing. Meanwhile, she settled her life Toronto, Canada practicing. It wasn't a surprise that her voice was heard sooner or later. However, her practice obviously paid off. Her album "Let It Die", soon came out in 2004. This album was then followed by her many other albums: "Open Season", "Secret Heart", "Mushaboom", "My Moon My Man", "The Reminder", and "1234".

Recommendations:
1234 - Even though this song can be extremely annoying over numerous times, you can never get over it. At least I still haven't. As of my opinion, I think the video is very interesting. I love artists and bands who strive to differ.

How My Heart Behaves - Another thing I love about Feist is how natural and mellow her voice binds together into her music. This is a very good example of a song that shows how natural she really is.

The Simple Story - This song features Jane Birkin. It's a little different than most of her other songs that are slow-beat. "The Simple Story" isn't a really fast beat like remixes however is more upbeat. This song shows and expresses her vocals.
