A Change of Pace

A Change of Pace originated from the town of Peoria located in Arizona. The foursome consisiting of Torry Jasper (Vocals/Guitar), Jonathan Kelly (Drums), Johnny Abdullah (Bass/Vocals), and Adam Rodgers (Lead Guitar)is heading somewhere. Practically a year ago, the band was winning over more and more fans daily, with their album "An Offer You Can't Refuse." The foursome being not only wiser, older, and even hungrier (according to a site) released a new album, "Prepare the Masses." I not listening to it yet, doesn't know what to expect on this rock group's new CD, just expecting it to soon be rocking out to their new songs. Me, I'm preparing my tylenol, seeing I easily get headaches after to much head bangin', lawlz :D

Recommendations:
Loose Lips Sink Ships - By far, this is my favorite song by them. In the beginning of the song, there is children playing on the playground sort of effect, followed by a "screamo" type thing, then comes the lyrics. This style shows how creative A Change of Pace can be and how they can apply that creative-ness to their music.

Queen of Hearts - A bit of a Romeo and Juliet feel to it, talking about love and from what I can tell broken love. This song, meant for boys (although I like it :D) who have either fallen in or out of love, not quite sure which one describes a boy and his "perfect angel" or in other words his perfect girl.

Weekend Warriors - This song pretty much reminisces about a someone remembering how school pretty much stinks and is a nightmare and how weekends are anticipated. Having a good beat and lyrics, this song is definitely a song you'll want to download onto what ever form of music "holder" you have, whether it's an iPod or not.
